Rebecca and Bud's Backstory- 
In 2009 Rebecca rescued "Bud" a 19 Hand Clydesdale who was suffering from "CPL"-Chronic Progressive Lymphedema, a condition common in draft horses, especially in the Clydesdale breed. Not knowing what Bud was dealing with, Rebecca and Bud went on a healing journey together for the next 11 years. Rebecca intuitively went to work to discover what was going on with this mis-understood condition. Rebecca immersed herself in the research and education of the lymphatic system, became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Compression Therapy; not only for horses but for humans, as well. Through the care and treatment of Bud, Rebecca entered into a new paradigm of health and wellbeing. She discovered a new body of knowledge in working with the issues of chronic inflammation, pain management and fibrosis- the hardening of tissue common with a Compromised Lymphatic System. She found that by combining Lymphatic Drainage, Sound and Light Therapy, Compression Wrapping and boosting the immune system with supplements that activate Nitirc Oxide (NO- the Molecule of Life), Bud's lymphatic system was able to reboot and function on its own. Bud's "CPL" became manageable and together enjoyed parades, trail riding and hanging out together at the barn. Through Rebecca's commitment to Bud's health and wellbeing, not only a breakthrough in the treatment of Chronic Progressive Lymphedema in horses was discovered, but a breakthrough in her bodywork treatment protocols for Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Chronic Inflammation and Pain Management.
